Refund Requests:

• All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Vera Women’s Wellness via email to hello@verawomenswellness.com.au The request must include your full name, contact information, registration details, and the reason for the refund.

• Refund requests will be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the event. Any requests received after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written refund request.

Event Cancellation:

• In the event that an intake of the Vera Village Mums & Bubs Group is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly.

• If the event is cancelled, participants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee or transfer their registration to a future Vera Village Mums & Bubs Group intake.

Substitutions:

• If you are unable to attend the Vera Village Mums & Bubs Group, you may transfer your registration to another individual with a baby aged between 4 weeks to 6 months.

• Requests for substitutions must be made in writing and sent to Vera Women’s Wellness via email to hello@verawomenswellness.com.au at least 7 days before the event. The request must include the full name and contact information of the original participant and the substitute participant.

Please note that Vera Women’s Wellness reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy without prior notice. Any modifications to the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to registered participants.
