She is passionate about helping her clients improve their quality of life by combining hands-on treatment and appropriate exercise prescription to reduce pain and improve musculoskeletal and biomechanical function. Beck believes strongly in educating and empowering her clients to gain a better understanding of their body and to have the confidence to make informed choices for their health and wellbeing.

Beck has a special interest in working with clients during and beyond pregnancy, and is a registered NurtureLife® Pregnancy Massage Practitioner, a certified pre and postnatal exercise trainer, and a pre and postnatal Yoga and Pilates instructor.

She is also a certified Childbirth Educator and registered member of CAPEA (Childbirth and Parenting Educators of Australia) and has completed several pelvic floor courses through the Continence Foundation of Australia.

In addition, Beck is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a certified Zumba and boxing instructor. She has a strong focus on safe exercise prescription, core and postural stability, corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

As you may be able to tell, Beck loves variety and takes a wholistic approach in her treatments.

She believes this is a great way to continue to stimulate the body and mind to affect positive changes and avoid complacency and plateauing when working towards health and wellbeing goals, whether they are to reduce pain and dysfunction, improve strength and fitness, or anywhere in between!

Beck loves working with her clients on an individual level, appreciating that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach — each person is unique, with their own story, needs and treatment responses.

She believes life is also very much about balance and enjoys supporting her clients to find the balance in their lives.

Beck is very excited to be part of a multimodality team and greatly enjoys being able to work collaboratively with other health practitioners to help her clients achieve their wellbeing goals.

When she’s not working with clients, Beck enjoys going for runs, eating chocolate and creating memories with her husband and three young children.
