Join Paula Hindle, our holistic physiotherapist at this Mother / Daughter Retreat for an afternoon of connecting to feminine energy, talking through the seasons of becoming and being a woman, understanding the menstrual cycle, and what self-care is needed for each phase. A celebration of tween/teen empowerment, period and body positivity.
Paula is the founder of UPGirls, a program designed to support and empower girls to thrive with resilience, confidence, period positivity and a healthy body image.
